Notice of contract signing with Fireblocks

PressRelease

Fanpla and Fanplus have signed a contract with Fireblocks in preparation for the full-scale launch of their collaborative Web 3.0 project.
The first embedded wallet provided by Fireblocks has been introduced in Japan.

Fanpla Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hirai Takemitsu) is collaborating with Fanplus Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Sato Hajime; hereinafter "Fanplus"), a company that operates fan sites for music artists, to promote a project to build a Web 3.0 economic sphere in the music entertainment industry.

We are pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with Fireblocks (Headquarters: New York, USA; Co-Founder & CEO: Michael Shaulov, hereinafter referred to as Fireblocks), a globally renowned digital asset infrastructure provider, to introduce the first embedded wallet for the Japanese market. Fireblocks established a Japanese office in December last year to expand its influence in the Asia-Pacific region.

[Background and Project Overview]

In this project, together with Fanplus, we aim to create a new Web 3.0 entertainment economic sphere where artists and fans can maximize the value of their activities, and provide innovative solutions to the challenges facing the Japanese music market. In addition, as part of this project, we are considering an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering), which will be promoted by our company as a new cryptocurrency issuer, with the aim of issuing tokens that correspond to the entertainment industry.

[About the contract with Fireblocks]

This agreement will enable the use of Fireblocks' cutting-edge MPC (Multi-Party Computation) technology on the platform developed for this project, creating an optimal environment for users to manage their crypto assets more safely and intuitively.
We aim to fundamentally resolve the barriers to convenience and security issues that existed with conventional digital wallets, and provide an innovative and secure service that a wide range of users can use with confidence. By combining the latest MPC technology with an intuitive interface, we aim to establish a new standard in digital asset management.

Our company and Fanplus will continue to combine cutting-edge technology and innovative ideas to accelerate efforts to open up the future of the industry, aiming to connect artists and fans in the Web 3.0 realm and create a sustainable entertainment economic sphere that provides new value never before seen. Furthermore, through the development of groundbreaking services in the music market, we will drive the development of the entire industry, maximize the value created by fans and artists, and create new possibilities.
